After we have received your booking request, we will reply to your email and confirm whether your date(s) are accepted (available) or not (already booked).

 

If your date(s) are accepted, then you will have to pay a booking deposit of 30% of the total value. Once we have received your deposit, your dates will be reserved for you.

 

Then the full amount must be paid no later than 1 week before your arrival.

 

The deposit will be used as a caution in case any damage happens to the house or anything inside or outside the house is broken, missing or damaged in any way.

 

If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to you in person on the day of your departure (if possible), or via bank transfer within a few days.

 

In case of cancellation from your part, the booking deposit will NOT be refunded.

 

The booking deposit will entitle you to postpone your booking to a later day, week, month, or even year.
